Your order will arrive within 3-6 business days* (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you place your order. If your order is under $30, it may be sent on an un-trackable service and could take a little longer to arrive.
Will I be charged customs?
Orders over $800 may be subject to customs clearance which can cause a delay to you receiving your parcel. You’ll be liable to pay Customs duties on orders over $800.
Tracking your order
If your order is sent out via a trackable service, we’ll email you the link to your tracking information once your parcel has left our warehouse.
If you’re ordering more than one item, your order may arrive in seperate packages on the same day as they may be shipped from different warehouses. If your items have been shipped in seperate packages, you’ll receive seperate dispatch eails with different tracking numbers. This way you can track each parcel individually.
You can also track your order by logging into ‘My Account’ and viewing your most recent orders. Just click ‘Track This Order’ and you’ll be directed to the tracking page.
What happens on the day of the delivery?
Delivery will be attempted between 7am and 10pm and a signature may be required on receipt of your order.
If you’re not in when your parcel arrives, the delivery partner may leave your parcel in your mailbox or on your porch. If this isn’t possible, it will be left at your local post office and they’ll leave a card to tell you where it is.
You can also have your order delivered to a UPS Collection Point through our Standard Click & Collect Shipping service.
Dependant on the delivery partner, you might be presented with additional delivery features including specified delivery window slots and follow my parcel GPS tracking, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your delivery.
If delivery hasn’t been attempted by 10pm, get in touch the following day so we can look into this.
Just one more thing
**We try our hardest to meet all delivery times, but, very occasionally, there may be delays, especially during busy periods (including sale). There might also be other factors, too… stuff like postal/delivery partner delays, traffic delays, logistics, bad weather or if our delivery partners are unable to access the delivery address. We’ll keep you as updated as we can, though, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress. If you have any other issues, feel free to contact Customer Care.
Please see the checkout page for up-to-date estimates of delivery and cut-off times, as occasionally (e.g., the reasons above) these delivery services may not be available, or order cut-off times may need to be amended and/or delivery times may need to be extended. However, we’ll always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. We can’t be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the delivery partner.
